About Eagle Royalties

The Company

Eagle Royalties was spun-out of Eagle Plains Resources by way of a plan of arrangement in Q2 2023. It holds over 35 royalty assets that had been generated between 1992 to 2023 by the corporate activities of Eagle Plains Resources which continues to operate as a project generator in the mineral exploration industry. 

Eagle Royalties Assets

Eagle Royalties holds royalty interests on over 35 mineral exploration projects in North America. Commodities include gold and critical metals such as copper, zinc, silver, rare earth metals, graphite, molybdenum, lithium among others.

The flagship AurMac/McQuesten Royalty covers a portion of Banyan Gold Corp’s gold discovery at their AurMac Property located in the central Yukon Territory. Information about all the royalty interests can be found on the Royalty page

Tim J. Termuende, P.Geo.

President and CEO, Director

Tim is a professional geologist with over 35 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry. Since leaving Cominco in the late 1980’s, Tim has worked on exploration projects throughout North and South America and currently oversees a broad range of projects targeting various commodities throughout British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Yukon and Northwest Territories. He has been involved with numerous publicly-traded corporations since 1994, including Copper Canyon Resources Ltd., which was acquired by NovaGold in 2011 for approximately $65M.

Chuck has over 30 years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining. After graduation in 1987, Chuck worked for Cominco Ltd. where he was involved with exploration, evaluations and mine development and production at various operations throughout Western Canada including the Pine Point, Polaris, Snip and Sullivan deposits. Chuck has been involved with publicly-traded exploration companies since the mid-1990’s.

Paul Reynolds, B.Sc., P.Geo.

Director

Paul is a professional geoscientist with over 35 years’ experience working on exploration and mining projects in Canada, USA, Bolivia, Argentina and Guyana. He specializes in the conception and management of mineral exploration ventures. He has 24 years’ experience managing public companies as both a director and/or executive officer. Paul was formerly Chairman of Athlone Energy Ltd., which was sold to Daylight Energy Ltd. in September, 2008. He is currently a director of Azincourt Energy Inc. (TSXV), Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSXV), Highway 50 Gold Corp. (TSXV) and West Oak Gold Corp. (CSE). (TSX-V). Paul holds a B.Sc. degree in geology from the University of British Columbia (1987) and is a member of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia since 1992.

Jesse Campbell, B.Sc.

Director

Mr. Campbell has over 25 years’ experience working in the mineral exploration sector across a variety of commodities and jurisdictions. Since 1998 he has held a variety of roles with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. and has been the President of its wholly owned subsidiary, TerraLogic Exploration Inc., since 2009. He also served as Director and COO of Taiga Gold Corp. from its inception in 2018 until it was acquired by SSR Mining for $31M in 2022 and is currently a Director of Eagle Royalties Ltd. Mr. Campbell graduated with Distinction from the University of Calgary and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography.

Stephen P. Kenwood, B.Sc.

Director

Mr. Kenwood currently serves as a geological and management consultant to public and private companies. Mr. Kenwood received a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of British Columbia in 1987 and became a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC) in 1990.  Mr. Kenwood has experience in advanced project development, in British Columba at the Snip gold deposit while working for Cominco Ltd. and at the Eskay Creek polymetallic deposit.  Mr. Kenwood also worked at the Cobre copper-gold porphyry project in Panama, and has worked on projects in Peru, Chile, Slovakia, the United States and in China. Mr. Kenwood was also a director and officer of Ely Gold Royalties Inc. from 2010 – 2021.  Mr. Kenwood is currently a Director, President and CEO of Majestic Gold Corp. and is a director of other TSX listed companies.

Mr. Jordan has over 20 years’ experience with public company finances and currently serves as Controller of Eagle Royalties since its inception in November, 2022. Mr. Jordan also holds the position of Controller for Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. and has managed its affairs since 2004. Mr. Jordan obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 1978 from Michigan Technological University. Prior to joining Eagle Plains, he was employed at BDO Dunwoody, a public accounting firm, where he worked for 20 years.

Mr. Diduck has over 30 years of experience in public accounting focusing on accounting, audit and taxation of small to medium-sized businesses. Since 1999, Glen has overseen disclosure and corporate governance in the publicly-traded junior mining exploration industry, currently holding the position of Director at Eagle Plains Resources. He formerly held executive positions with Omineca Mining and Metals Ltd., Triumph Gold Corp., Taiga Gold Corp. until it was acquired by SSR Mining in 2022 and Copper Canyon Resources Ltd. until it was acquired by NovaGold Resources Ltd. in 2011.

Brent Bonney, B.Comm.

Advisor

Mr. Bonney was the Vice President of Corporate Development for Maverix Metals, a precious-metals focused royalty company that was acquired by Triple Flag Precious Metals in 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Bonney spent 10 years in investment banking advising resource clients on both mergers & acquisitions and financing. Mr. Bonney holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance from the University of British Columbia.
