Eagle Royalties was spun-out of Eagle Plains Resources by way of a plan of arrangement in Q2 2023. It holds over 50 of the royalty assets that had been generated by the corporate activities of Eagle Plains Resources operating as a project generator in the mineral exploration industry during the period between 1992 to 2023.

Eagle Royalty Assets

Eagle Royalties holds royalty interests on over 50 mineral exploration projects in western Canada. These projects are being explored for commodities that include gold, silver, critical-metals, lithium, uranium, rare earth elements and industrial minerals. The royalty portfolio includes the flagship AurMac (McQuesten) Royalty that overlies a significant portion of Banyan Gold Corp’s gold discovery at their AurMac Property located in the central Yukon Territory.
